TracSpare is an India-based exporter of agricultural spare parts serving dealers, fleet operators and equipment workshops across East Africa and the Gulf. We hold stock on fast-moving lines, source made-to-order components from vetted manufacturers, and handle packing, inspection and documentation in house.

How we buy

We work with a short list of manufacturers in Rajkot, Ludhiana, Pune and Ahmedabad, most of them supplying OE or OE-adjacent volumes domestically. Every new line is sampled and dimensionally checked against an original before it enters the catalogue, and we re-audit fast-movers annually.

How we ship

Weekly consolidation out of Mundra and Nhava Sheva, export packing on ISPM-15 pallets, and carton labelling that reconciles to the packing list line by line. Pre-shipment inspection is booked before the shipment is sealed for destinations that require it.

How we quote

Reference pricing is published in USD and INR so you can sanity-check landed cost before enquiring. Firm offers are issued as a proforma against your destination port and Incoterm, valid 15 days, with MOQs and lead times stated per line.
